Feels good getting a negative deleted. Question......I disputed two other items. Report said one was verified and would remain on report, and the other said it was still being reviewed. It has been over 60 days since I disputed it, so how can they still be reviewing it? Thanks for all the help !!! Ron
Congrats on the deletion! As far as the 60-day problem, I would send the CRA a strongly worded letter reminding them that the FTC mandates that they complete the investigation and send you the results in 30 days, or else they have to delete the item. Tell the CRA you have been keeping good records and that you can prove they are in violation. Tell them if they don't delete the item in question within the next X days, that you will filing a complaint with the FTC and/or a lawsuit (although personally I wouldn't go that far yet.) peace, delilah
