    $150 cash advance limit (from any ATM) $1000 purchase limit.

    CASH ADVANCE?? wierd.

    a second letter includes the PIN #.


    odd place.

    I had about 610 fico , and this is an excellent debt-to-ratio card that I probably won't use much except to maybe buy batteries once in a while.

    I was able to access the credit line thru concience checks.

    And with the pin you can get cash from any atm upto your cash advance limit.
