I did note: Previous addresses, it lists my addresses in TX and OH, but not NJ - which happens to be the address I lived at when I filed BK in NJ court! FUSA did a charge-off one month after I filed bankruptcy, and 3 mos before discharge. How will that be treated differently than the other acts that say "closed by BK?" 1 Collection record (I expected 3) involving my NJ hospital bills (discussed earler). How do I word a dispute based on the fact that the CA have not validated? Just ask for them to verify the record? LOTS of inquiries! Apparently "Fleet CC" has obtained credit onfo for almost every month since July of 2002. Any way to clear these or prevent them from doing this?

MI_rebuild *********************** 1*Send the CRAs copys of the green card you got back from the CA and the validation letter you sent the CA. Say, CA can't validate please remove. Also. If the CA listed this after they got your validation letter $1000 violation. If the CA verified with The CRAs after signing the green card another $1000 violation. Another $1000 violation if the CA did not list disputed after getting your VL. 2*It's good NJ isn't listed~~~ Dispute the BK as not mine.
