   Sent a CA the validation letter. Recieved the green card today they signed for it on the 10th. Do I try ti verify with the CRA now? I have heard of this tactic being used to try to catch the CA in a violation..

   Absolutely! dispute with the CRA now. It locks the CA into a time period. He cannot verify (continued collection activity) without validating.
