Gotten money from CA for violation?

    Have you actually gotten money from a CA for a violation? Did you take them to court to get it? Anyone just send a letter stating the violations, demand payment, and get it?

    My boyfriend has two CA's that have not responded to his request for validation before verifying to CRA's. And neither marked the account in dispute. Are we going to have to take them to court to get them to pay for their violations?
