I have sent Nutcase and Son of Nutcase to a couple creditors with no success (one sent a letter saying they can´t change anything). Is there an accepted third letter?

Through some searches, I have seen intent-to-sue and the estoppel letter, but I´m not clear on where to go.

These are fully paid tradelines to CA´s.

But when you told them you were disputing the tradelines, did they notify the CRA's that you were disputing the tradelines? I bet they didn't. Their supposed to, you know. Not just supposed to. They are required to under the law. They broke the law by not notifying the CRA's that you were lawfully disputing the tradelines. Sen them an Intent to Sue letter. CRRR of course, but also, notarized to let them know you're serious.
