I must say that it was a great feeling on Friday when I went to the Post Office and dropped a whopping 4 of the original "Lizardking Validation" letters off to 4 CA's. I used the letter word for word but I did insert a sentence that stated they needed to update my CR's to reflect that the items were in dispute (I did not a sentence in the letter that stated that). I can hardly wait until the 30 days are up because for one CA I know for certain they are not going to go through the process for only $180. When you finally get up the nerve to take action the feeling is just great. It's also going to be great when my lease is up this June and I can go and get a beautiful studio in a great neighborhood and credit won't be a problem (no co-signer needed, yippeeeee). So with that all said I do have one question, after the 30 days are up and there is no response do you have to send out that second letter giving them 15 additional days or can you just send them the letter saying "you did not respond, remove it or be sued"? I personally don't want to give them additional time, screw em if they can't get it done in ample time allowed by law, they don't give us a breaks or additional time.
