I was surfing the internet and came across your website.Very good website.I was amaze as I was reading some of the posting how do remove bad credit.We deal with the same type of people every day that will dispute items as not theirs.When a dispute comes in to us as (not mind) we take a very close look at it.If we find that a subject is straight forward with us on what they are disputing we will help them.If a subject hire a credit repair company we will put a inhouse alert on their credit file which we are the only one that will see it.We can resolve most issues if the subject will disputed it the right way.The right way is by telling the truth.I can only speak for (Experian) if someone provide us false or misleading information we will not remove it.If by chance we do we will reinsert it at a later date. You, my friend, are full of it. If you do delete an acct you cannot just "reinsert it at a later date". I do not believe for one minute that you have anything to do with Experian. If you did, you wouldn't announce it. And, secondly, if you do by some strange chance work for Experian, that explains why they get sued all the time - they can't hire people who know proper English.
Well, you could be very useful on this board. We could all use some inside knowledge. Not necessarily on how to skirt the sytem(unless you are offering.. But I think most on this board just want to be treated fairly by CRAs. But if you are who you say you are, it would be nice if while you are here, that you could answer some questions. I am sure that you will have plenty.
Suedan, I guarantee you he is not who he claims. Someone who allegedly is "watching" us, is not going to tell us. Next, his grammar is atrocious and I highly doubt Experian would condone his posting here. Lastly, he says if they delete something, they will just reinsert it later. They cannot just do that. It goes against the FCRA and again, no one from Experian would ever make such a claim. PS - If an Experian Internet Watch Group were to exist, they would have known about this site a long, long time ago. He wouldn't have just stumbled across it. I've been a member here for over 2 years, and we occassionally get someone who will make an outragious claim and then never appear again.
Based on the spelling and grammar mistakes, it's a sure bet he can't work with numbers either. Whatever thay are paying him, it's way too much!

Gee-"wespy" I wish you hadn't confessed your id this way,now I will have to admit that I am really an observer from an intergalactic merchandising association,trying to get insights into the reliability of you earthling's credit worthiness.
I will try and answer any question you have.But remember if you are in the right I will give you my advice.We see things like fake letters trying to make us think it came from the creditor.The way we handle a dispute here is. We send it view a website that is setup for all our subscribers.They will answer 5 questions about the debt with a YES or NO answer if 3 out of the 5 is wrong we remove the item. HA HA HA! What does Experian know about TRUTH? I find them to be outrageous liars, downright unscrupulous.
