Has anyone in the forum ever heard of Greater Atlantic Mortgage? I am thinking of refinancing my mortgage and would like to know if anyone in the forum had any dealings with this company, good or bad. I received a pre-approval in the mail for a streamline FHA refinance. On their website, they claim they pay all closing costs guaranteed.
