I found an envelope in my mailbox from a CA with the green card still on the back! They were responding to my complaint through the BBB (intent to sue letter). The envelope contained a stack of health insurance claim forms for both my husband and myself. These are not for the account on the cr, but more accounts. Should I ignore this? Will the BBB respond in some way? Thanks,
