greg what was your reason for using planetfeedback in regards to providian? i just noticed that i have not had an increase in awhile and i have the 16.9 rate too.i was just curious,thought i may try that. how long did it take them to get back to you?? did they call or write?? thanks!
I had called 3 times about not getting a new card in the mail , they called me at home in about three days , I have had my account for two years now.
