does anyone have info on abacus credit or VIP credit services? also, i got an offer from first national bank of marin... pay 50, get a 250, 400, or 600 limit, but get charged 200 for a savings deposit and a 99 fee. is it worth it for rebuilding credit?
I have the First Natl Bank of Marin Visa card that's the only reason I got it is to rebuild my credit after BK. This will be my only rebuilding credit card that I will accept, because if you accept more of the same types cards it can get expensive. So far I don't have any complaints about this bank far a posting my payments on time.
Its good to have several good reporting tradelines at the same time. First Consumers National Bank charges no application fees and they have a low anual fee. They offer a credit line "up to" 150% of the secured deposit. I am a former statisfied, soon to be returning customer. http://www.fcnb.com
