I got a letter today from the builders. It had a million fees and numbers on there and at the end it stated that I owe .........0 dollars at settlement...WTF? I was worried for nada! Oh well, I hope it is true. I thought I didnt owe anything else but listening to you guys at this site had me terrified. I just have to bring the check for the homeowners.... DON'T THINK IT WAS MADE UP...somebody actually had to write a check for $0.00 to a credit card company, or loan company, or IRS, or something, because they kept on getting DEMAND NOTICES...TURN OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCIES NOTICES...ETC. They had no choice...THEY HAD TO SEND THEM A CHECK FOR $0.00 OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!!!!!
I thought it was-but knowing how the credit system works it wouldn't suprise me if they missed up and bounced a Zero check.They can't do anything else right so a 0 check should be easy for them to screw up on! ======================
