The validation letter comes first. Next is the estoppel. Then comes the dispute letter 1 to the cra's. If no satisfactory response you can send the "procedure request" or the dispute 2.
what about the estoppel and/or nutcase? I forget the rules on those two. and if all else fails, there's the lawsuit route...maybe there should be a primer on escalating things from inquiry to "not mine" dispute to small claime court
