Has anyone had any luck getting a pay for deletion with Gulf State. I have a lousy $83 medical collection I would love to get off my report and would just like to pay them if I can get a deletion out of it. Kara
no not yet. I asked for validation - nothing. Estoppel- nothing and am getting tired of waiting and don't see the point in trying to sue for $83 and thought this might be easier.
I'd file anyway. They will delete as soon as you give them a case #. Besides, you wouldn't be suing for $83 you'd be suing for 1k per violation. Gib
