Well, they finally removed their 2 accounts from my reports. I had sent validation, estopple and then as I found they were not licenced in my state, I sent a form asking for their bonding information. I'm glad they are off, but I had hoped they would remain because I wanted to sue them. However, they have 2 inquiries on my reports that remain. I disputed them when I did Docs trick so next week will be one month. If they remain I believe I have grounds to sue. BTW, Transunion went from 599 to 574! I had a new inquiry form NCO on the report but not certain why it appeared. Otherwise, I have no idea why it went down.
Congrats on Gulf schmucks. As for your score, it went down because the TU score is fake, phony, good for nothing joke of a score. Don't worry about TU's score, it's not even close to being real.
can you tell what state you are in. I worked around gulf state. I asked them to not report if I paid an account for 37. dollars they said they had not reported but would but if I piad them they wouls report the account as paid. what butts they are. They had not even reported the account but already said they would even with payment. Idiots!!! at any rate I called the original creditor and spoke with them di not even have to pay it and they waid they would send gulf state to delete account from there files citing oc error. gulf state does suck!
LKH - Thanks, your help a few months ago was critical in my victory. tonyastime- I'm in Alaska Flush- I looked up my states Attorney Generals office and contacted them. They gave me an email to the division of licencing. I also looked up the applicable laws for my state and asked this person in they (gulf States)were in compliance. They wern't. Risk Manangement wasn't either. Butch- I'll email you.
