Has anyone had any luck having these losers delete derogs from your report or did you have to threaten to sue or some other extreme measures? I have an entry from '96 with these guys and just wanted to see what I'm up against. Thank you.
Aren't they in the same category as NCO and Great Trust? I remember MBA999 mentioned a law suit regarding this..
I have heard about an FTC lawsuit filed against them, but I haven't heard of anyone successfully having one of their entries removed. Anyone have any experience?
