I just signed my wife up for PG. I did her first report and something is way wrong! All of her revolving accounts on Experian are GONE! The only things left is the mortgage and the two car loans. All of the credit cards had been closed out, but still, they are all still on my report. Every single one is gone, but only on Experian. They are still there on EQ and TU. What would make this happen and how do I get it fixed? I was wondering why her score read like this (from the mortgage broker): XPN - Experian/Fair, Issac Model 700 15 -- Lack of recent revolving information Makes sense now. How do I fix it?
I would start out with Experian directly, and see what they have. Maybe her file has been mixed up with someone.
