Where is the proper place to send an intent to sue letter for Equifax so it gets to the right parties. I sent them an investigation request and they said they never got it/the post office signs the green cards and they don't/no investigation was started. This should be an easy small claims case if they don't remove the accounts in question. I don't know where to send my correspondence.
Call the SOS in your state and see if they have an Agent of Service. If not, call the SOS in their state and find out who the Agent of Service there is. The PO signed? Too funny. Tu tried to pull similar on me, said that you can't mail CRRR to a PO Box. Call the Postmaster at their zip code, and find out what the procedures are for companies that have large volumes of CRRR like that.
