Consumer Affairs sux at their job. They have now got 2 negatives reported twice. I just fired off a LONG email to the CEO & President of Equifax itself. Who knows what good it will do, but I quoted alot of law and told him the whole story. I told him I wouldn't stop with a small claims suit of $5000 measly dollars if his staff can't get their act together and I will be hiring a top-notch attorney. I also recommended he have his legal counsel review some cases of where CRA's have lost for violations of the FCRA. I hope I can get something done. If not I have alot of emails, letters & proof to show the judge I have tried & tried & tried with these morons since March 2001 to only take 1 step forward and 5 steps back. I CC the letter to Bob.Cutrone (VP of Consumer Affairs). I will keep you updated. I am starting in on TU tomorrow. I've HAD IT WITH these 3 MORONS!!!
