I was reading on cardoffers.com that Sears gave CLIs all the time, though I never could get any. I'd been stuck on $1260 with them from day 1 7 years ago and have been denied CLI on the several occasions I've tried over the years. Well, I actually had a reason to use the card here recently and had a balance for 2 consecutive months(less than $100 because of the insane interest!!) and figured since i had usage, I'd try the CLI. Did it and it worked. Finally, after 7 years, they gave me and extra $510($1770 CL now - where do they come up with these numbers for CLs?). Just curious if anyone knows if they pull a hard? I got the response in about 5-6 seconds. Can they pull credit AND process and increase in that short of time? Good news is, I'm 4 for 4 lately w/ CLIs on all my cards. Granted, it's taken PFB to get there on one, but I'll take what I can get, when I can get it.
