Heres the situation. pulled my Exp. report. Under the Requests Veiwed by others section there are 4 shown that are by CAs.. Is it legal for them to make hard inquirys. I have alot from CAs that are under the section Requests veiwed only by me.... I was under the impression that under the Requests Veiwed by others section that those had to be requested by me
in order for them to be put there....
Any clarification on this one would really help
    thanks

Inquiries by CAs are assumed to be resulting from a transaction, with the original creditor, originally made by you. They are usually visible to others, and affect FICO scores.

By assumed.do you mean they could possibly be Removed off my CR, since I did not autorize the CA to pull my CR. ???
What I noticed on my report also is that two of them are also under the section that can only be seen by me...
    Any help is appreciated

It's nice that the 2 CAs only posted their inquiry under the AR section, but most won't. Most will justify their inquiries as permitted for collection purposes of the debt created by the original transaction, which was initiated by you. Most CAs would feel entirely justified in broadcasting to the world that they are pulling your report, just as they post their collection tradeline to the world.

If the account is not yours, or was already paid prior to their action, you may have a case.
