in reading LK posts I had a question ... I had a CA pull a hard inquiry last week they claim their PP was to see how my credit looked if i was worth pursing collection on a debt.( meaning do I owe other people) I am listed as a joint acct holder, and disputed this acct 3 months ago, they had no proof so deleted the TL from my report. when they pulled this inquiry they still had no proof to pursue this acct. funny thing is, they only pulled an IQ on my report and not the main acct holder hmmm I sent a letter notifing them that I disputed this inquiry with the CRA and expect that they will not contest it but they did & now its staying . any opinions???
