Anyone knows address for AMEX where I should send the dispute hard inquiry letter. I have a hard inquiry by Amex on TU, and TU donâ??t investigate over phone, advised to contact Amex directly. What kind of my personal information I should send to Amex in order to delete this inquiry? Iâ??m not going to send them SSN for sure, but how about TU credit file #, my address, telephone #, DOB. Should I just send to them my name, address and thatâ??s it?
amex will want your mothers maiden name etc. lol. (kid you not). Talk to them. Why did they pull a hardon you?
My brother made mistake and applied for Amex Blue with very low credit score. Of course he got denied and I'm trying to help him to get the rid of hard inquiry from his credit file.
