Yep, they are the collection agency side of Credit Bureau of Columbus. After I started sending their parent company's address (which was listed in their BBB Profile), they split the company's BBB Profile into two separate company listings... I guess they didn't think consumers were smart enough to find their true business name and physical address when they sent out collection notices.
