I have been working on my husbands CR recently (12/02 536- 5/03 590 EQX and still going) and have now turned my attention to mine. We always used his credit for everything so I knew mine was a little twisted (OK more than a little) but I'm starting w/ 590 EQX. My question is this: I know a CA can pull if they have your account , right? I have a hard pull in TU for a Plaza Assoc. in 7-02. They are not listed anywhere on any of my accounts. I went into BBB to see if they DBA anybody else. 2 hits returned different physical addresses, same company, same fax# listed for both, no DBA listed. If they didn't take on any of my accounts then they had no right to pull, right? Or can they pull to see if you're worth them taking on as an account? Also, can a creditor who is listed under my DH w/ an individual account, pull my CR?
As a foot note: I just noticed RMA pulled an EQX (in 2001) on me when they don't have any of my accounts either. They just (4-03) purchased on of my DH accounts. They never even pulled his CR, at all even to this day.
Can they pull to see if you're worth them taking on as an account? vazq =================== N O. THE END ** *** ** LB 59 One Liner! Love is blind but life is just too freaked out to see straight.
If so, then they're taking their time. The pull was from 7-02. Plus I don't have anything for them to take on. My DH on the other hand does. That's why I was asking about pulling my CR for his accounts. Which when I look at our reports side by side I think that's what a few of these CAs have done, pulled mine when it's his accounts they have or are going to have. The only account we ever had joint was our first car which is listed as positive. Other than that we always had everything seperate. So, where are they getting my info from???
