good morning my question is i disputed the oc who claimed they sold my account to arrow finiancal.why would they do a hard pull if they no longer owned it.all they did was update not even address my dispute,the company is washington/providian.I find this to be odd.if they sold the account,then there should be no reponse other than sold to another company?l
