I know that Kohl's will pull a hard inquiry. However, if you ask them not to, they will base the increase on account history and why you want the increase. Good luck!!
I've never had Field's/Target pull a hard INQ- their system is set-up that you can get an increase every 3-4 months. For both (not Visa) just select "increase credit limit" on the phone system and see what it does. Good luck, mj
Call the Cap One CS telephone number, and go through the menu until it says something about a credit line increase - if you can get one, it will give you that option - thye don't pull an inquiry to get one that way. If it doesn't mention an increase, then your card can't get them that way.
