Someone calls my house 4 times per day and just sits there. I want to nail them but it shows up "unknown name unknown number". Called SBC, and they gave me *57. That's useless, it doesn't work! Then they offered me privacy manager (which I've already had before). I went ahead and got it. But they told me that's all they could offer. C'MON!! There's gotta be somethin else???? Anybody????
Here's is what I did about 1 1/2 years ago to find out the real name and address of the poster known here as "Bobby", who flamed the board with vulgar insults, illegal credit offers etc. I went to small claims court and filed a lawsuit against "john doe and jane doe". Once that was issued, I had a subpoena issued, and served it on his IP provider requesting the name address and phone # of the person posting under IP xxxxxxxx. I got it about 1 weeks time. I did the same thing several years before with sprint, as I was looking for someone who left a calling card at my house. I subpoened Sprint asking for all #'s called using that particular calling card. I got that info in about 2 weeks. You should be able to do something similar and ask for all incoming calls on such and such dates.
