While checking on an online EX dispute, I got this message instead of the normal "outcome: pending": Either you have not recently requested an investigation and there is no investigation pending, or some of the items that are being investigated may not appear until later because they required additional processing. What does this mean? Never got this with other disputes.
They still have to update your report...Further information to come.......That's just another way to take longer
One of the problems with online experian disputes is the Credit Manager program itself. Credit Expert is a separate company that is totally outside Experian and Credit Manager is the service that Credit Expert sells. Everything you view online using credit manager has to be exported from experian then imported into the credit manager. Your message is funny, but the message that I get right now is "credit score 0". But the kicker to the situation is this: on the front page of credit manager after I log in it also says that "Your score has gone up 8336 points since 12/14/2001". Baloney.
