   They me a form saying that I was already approved (not pre approved) for a gold card for 15,000 but it doesnt say if its a visa or mastercard.

   They sent me similar crap last week. The card was included and everything. No VISA logo. I just cut it up and tore the offer up.

   I got one of these recently.
   
   Any time you don't blatantly see VISA or MASTERCARD anywhere, you pretty much can assume its a scam.
