BE CAREFUL, THOUGH Mother2, Lots of folks here have been successful with Equifax online disputes. Certainly, you can initiate an investigation and the response time is pretty quick. But I believe you said you've just hired Junum. The bureaus don't like a lot of simultaneous disputes. It might be a good idea to wait and see what Junum is going to do. For sure, you don't want to risk double-disputing on an item. I appreciate your eagerness to want to jump in and get things done. However, for a while, I'd sit back and let Junum do their work.
