R. Stuart Phillips? http://www.lawyerphillips.com/resource.htm I came across him by doing a search for lawsuits against the cra's. He has a few FCRA cases currently in federal court. I filled out his alert form, and he has already gotten back to me. He seems like he may be taking on this case. He asked me to forward all of my allegations and my proof to him. Although I do trust my atty., if I could get someone who has done a lot of these cases to take it on a contingency, I would probably do so.
