When you go to the Cap One site, they are no longer offering cards, but a whole lot of other services, like auto finance, credit monitoring, insurance, etc? Are they changing what field they are going to play on?
Love do you use the online pay/statement system on capitalone.com? If you do, what happens is; after you log in and check your account, pay your bill, etc, the homepage changes. It no longer reflects credit cards or the option to apply for them. The only way I know around this, is by deleting the cookies C1 places on your computer, then go back to the page, and you'll have credit card options again.
