    I've read about deleting prior addresses to make it difficult to validate.

    What about changing the format of your name by using your first initial, middle name, and last name.

    Example: From John A. Smith to J. Adam Smith

    Will this work?

    ADDRESS been done...
    NAME...probably won't do any good...

    I think you would have to 'establish' that name.

    (ie.apply for and obtain credit in that name with your SSN. after a year or two attempt to delete the 'old' name as outdated/never used that name or something like that).

    Just my opinion, I'm not giving you advise and I don't know if this would actually work. I'm in it for the intellectual discussion. :D

    I have had incorrect names and addressed deleted without problem. I agree that you need to apply for credit in the name that you want then dispute whatever spellings you don't want.
