I recently got my equifax credit report. I went to dispute a few items using their online dispute. Well after I answer the questions it tells me that the cannot initiate an online dispute beacause the information does not match their records. I am sure it was correct which why I found it so odd. I am not so lazy that I cant send a letter just found it a little annoying.
