I haven't had online access to my TU report (either through worthknowing or TU's site) for about 3 weeks now. Now, I know I'm entering the right info - I've confirmed it with TU over the phone. Is this some sort of retaliation for harassing them with all of my disputes? They already asked my if i was a lawyer.
Nobody at TU seems to know (or won't tell me) why I can no longer access my report online. It always says it couldn't verify my identity and blocks me for another 7 days.
Every time I attempt to access my TU report, it tells me they cannot "verify" who I am. Funny, considering I entered the information in EXACTLY as it appeared on my previous report. Now I got my report, and no score. Oh well, doesn't mean much anyway.
I think the CRAs realize that by allowing a consumer daily access to his/her report, they open themselves up because it allows the consumer to more closely follow the dispute process and nail them if they don't adhere to the law. I think if they feel threatened, they block access. Maybe I'm just being too paranoid. It just seems odd that ever since they accused me of being a lawyer, I've had problems accessing my report.
