I got lucky.. i sent validation for unpaid cable bill stating I had never heard of OC and they didnt exist in my area (when I called they refused to give oc contact info so sent letter)

I received letter stating they could validated, apoligized, and deleted in under a week. :)

p.s. blues.. still fighting with CMI...they stated oc requires me to verify my address during certain time period 98-99 (want utility bill)...who keeps their old bills??!!
no response from email from 1 week ago :(

Hmmm~ what I would do is e-mail again AND send a strongly worded letter. You shouldn't have to put up with being ignored.

You don't have to verfify crap. They have to verify.

I talked with kathy (sherry's assistant)..she seems understanding of the situation, but she says she can see what she can do after speaking with Comcast and send me a letter. Fingers crossed

I asked Kathy why they want a utility bill for verification, she stated they wanted proof of residency of service...I asked why then did they ask me for bills from 98-99 when service was 95-97...she didnt know :)
