I have a letter I am about to send to Capital One to demand their compliance with a deletion agreement. I'm thinking about sending it to Richard Fairbank, the CEO. Would it get more attention that way? Will his office sign for a certified letter? I feel like I am just spinning my wheels sending it to "supervisors" and its time to get this bugger OFF like they agreed! Or is there an address for the legal department? Thanking in advance for any help you can provide! peace, delilah
