I was looking to purchase a home at the end of last year, by that time my debt only was $2,500 car note. My MMS was 690. My current lease is up for renewal in DEC. 2022. It is a 2 years lease. I had an Auto loan, which brought down my credit score to EQ 591| TU 522| EX 594. (AUTO SCORES: EQ 624| TU 642| EX 622) AAoA: 7yrs 8 months. 3 charge-offs with a balance: $20,441, $20K and $603 that update monthly. 3 old paid charge-offs $0. I’ve been struggling trying to build my credit over last year.
