heard back from state licensing

    I sent an email to them in regard to Simm Associates about collecting on my account. They said they couldn't find them in the database. I gave them the license number off of the letter Simm sent to me. What does this mean in terms of collection here in NM? Thanks, Patti

    BTW I sent them C&D/val/dispute letter saturday.

    Probably can't legally collect from you, and may have broken some laws. You need to go back and recheck the NM state statutes.
