Used PFB to Cap1 2 days ago. Hoping to payoff old debt for R1. Got this message back today:

Has anyone dealt with Mr/s. Runkle? Does he/she work with Mr. Cooke?

I also used PFB and received an e-mail reply from:

    T. Simpson

at the same phone number. Guess what happened when I called... I was connected to CS in India and they had no idea who Mr. Cooke was!

I fear Eugene has flown the coop and is no longer personally replying to email from PlanetFeedback.com!

Yeah, I know, but what I'm saying is that before Eugene Cooke would personally reply to pfb email with the phone number to the Consumer Advocate-Executive Office... and now the Cap1 response through pfb is 1-800-INDIA.

    Not good.
