I also used PFB and received an e-mail reply from: T. Simpson eCorrespondence Capital One Services(R) at the same phone number. Guess what happened when I called... I was connected to CS in India and they had no idea who Mr. Cooke was! I fear Eugene has flown the coop and is no longer personally replying to email from PlanetFeedback.com! MrX
