Ok I had some CA call me because I have 14 msn internet accounts (huh?). they are called d&b RMS and I have never heard of them nor can I find them anywhere on the ACA or BBB. This is out of tuscon arizona. I did find one listing out of georgia but there is no info there. He kept telling me a written dispute was not needed when I told him I would ask for validation. He then said he has never heard of a validation letter. When I told him I help people with the fcra and fdcpa he suddenly remembered what a validation letter was. IT is amazing what an informed consumer will do to their memory.
Have you heard anything else from these guys? I just got a call from them and told them I never had an account w/ msn.
