   Disputing a debt that was charged off in 96, appears on credit report. Address is in 901 Ellsworth Dr, Silver Spring, MD...but I sent certified RRR letter, and was returned, bad address..
   
   anybody have the address for Hecht Company Credit...this would be for an account from 96.
