Well I disputed a couple things on my credit reports and Experian has fixed the things I requested. I've gone in and Reviewed both mine and my husbands. I noticed under a creditor "the Revenue Maximization Group" there is a text line under every entry saying "Account in dispute under Fair Credit Billing Act ". What does this mean? These are doctors bills. I was going to send out a verification letter to these guys then send an agreement to have them remove these items with a payment agreement. I just don't want to do anything until i find out what this means. I didn't dispute these charges with Experian.
    Any ideas??

Have you disputed them before with the OC?

Nope!! That' s why I'm confused. I haven't even sent the Collector the validation letters yet.
