That's right, I finally applied and I was approved. YAY for me. What a good feeling to get approved for a non pre-approval card, it has been a while.

Now, I know that they are the Valu-Jet of credit cards and my credit limit could only buy some paper plates, but it still feels GOOD!

I needed a 'retail' card to help with the FICO, hoping this one will do the trick.

Shawn, congratulations. What report did they pull and what was your score when you were approved? I need a retail card and I've heard this is the easiest to get.

Great job! I was big time excited when I got approved (2 weeks ago!)... :)

    Working your way up!

They pulled Experian on me, and I disputed my inquiry on my recent disputes. I am down to 5 on my report now.

    Thanks all!

I am happy to be on step closer to 'normal' again! (well, as normal as I gen get, anyway. LOL)

I don't know which CR they pulled yet, but I will tell as soon as I do. Interesting credit app, only vital statistics asked, no income, housing, or employment questions. They must go strictly by score or something.

My score is 627 on both Equifax and TU, and I don't know my EXP score yet as creditexpert hasn't got around to doing the DNA analysis on my blood samples yet to give me access.

    I have a CP 7 BK filed 11/97 Discharged 3/98.

I haven't charged up my 200.00 limit (LOL) yet, but I might this afternoon.

    THANKS FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT!!!

    Great news Supershawn.

I wouldn't call it the Valuejet of credit cards... maybe the Airtrain! Hahaha

I actually like Target. Since I got the card I try to go there instead of Walmart and K mart. I have to past both Walmart and K mart just to get there! Hahhaha

I find that there store is more open as far as space goes. I will buy myself some software there on the card. I can't wait till it goes "Regular Visa". Although the limit is only $500 it has the best terms of all my cards.

I had a 607 when I was approved. I think they go strictly on score because I had 2 open collections, paid chargeoffs, etc. at the time.

    Well I was denied ;o(

Don't know my score but I'm fighting it. I just received a response from Target in regards to my letter from Planetfeedback. I'm calling tonight and hopefully they will override. I am going to do some serious begging......sometimes ya gotta do whatch gotta do. I need this retail card for my score as well. Then I will have the perfect credit mix....I hope.
    1 Visa
    2 MC
    1 car loan
    1 personal loan

I need that darn retail card!!!

Hey buddy, watch that 'only 200.00' remark ! LOL!!!

That's what I got too!!!!! Don't buy all the paper plates before I get there!

The funny part is, my company bills me out at 230.00 an hour, 30.00 more than my limit !!! (not saying that's what they apy me, however) Talk about irony!

Other members have said they raise limits frequently, let's hope so!

    Cheers!
