Good Afternoon everyone! You guys are great, been a lurker for almost two years now and the information here is awesome! Doc you trick was the bomb, it worked for me!

    Now my real concern.

I checked my CR w/Equifax last week, had a score of 654, there are 2 derogs I planned on disputing. Ordered score power today and my score was 624 ?!?!??!?. Check CR to find 3 medical collection accounts for $59 each listed as being reported since 7/01. Mind you these weren't listed last week. (Is this considered legal reporting?)

    Back Ground INFO.

In May 2000 aquired about 12 medical bills totaling $1300 (had no insurance, nor job at the time). Once gainfully employed I paid the hospital OFF ( December 2000). By this time was informed by the hospital that balance would be forwarded to a CA.

July 2001 - Received notice from CA regarding 3 of the 13 bills paid off. Silly me laughs it off, "whatever I paid the hospital their money".

Last week I got TU as well, CA listed and I suppose TU has listed them since July 2001 also.

What should I do? By te way I'm with Junum!

    1. Call CA and explain and ask for deletion?

    2. Dispute with Junum and play the wait, maybe and lets see game.

    3. Cancel Junum (someone please suggest this, I'm tired of them anyway last set of disputes were not recieved by Equifax at all!), and dispute this myself.

    Thanks for all the input!

Never call a CA. Get their addres and/or fax number and send them a request for validation. Let's get the paper trail going!
