I have a furniture store on my CR that shows 2-90 and 3-60s which is probably correct. I paid it off last January. I've begged and pleaded with them to remove but they won't. I wrote them a letter requesting copies of the contract, billing stmt, etc. over 30 days ago certified RR. They sent me an account history but not the contract. What should be my next steps. Do I send a letter to TU and Experian demanding this be deleted? Any advise is greatly appreciated.
since this the OC you are dealing I have to say that I don't know what you could do.. HOWEVER.. do a search for nutcase letter It was made my PDoc and it mainly geared for paid collection (CA)
