Should I just wait to see what happens first and then send the letters to the CRA stating that they can't locate these accounts...blah blah blah...

Re: HELP-Bogus OC response to verif If you send anything to the CRA's after the investigation is started, you're giving them a 15 day bonus. Wait for the results, then dispute saying "How could they have verified with you, when they told me on xx/xx/xxxx, that they didn't have an account for me?"

Re: HELP-Bogus OC response to verif DO NOT SEND ANYTHING UNTIL AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE RESULTS FROM THE CURRENT INVESTIGATION. If you send them anything else, you are giving them 45 DAYS for the investigation, as opposed to 30 DAYS. You already have the admission that they can't find anything for you, so if they verify it, *THEN* send it saying, if they tell me that they don't have an account for me, how could they have verified it with you, either you didn't ask, or they lied to you, and EITHER WAY it has to be deleted, NOW!

Re: HELP-Bogus OC response to verif ALSO, I was wondering if the CA verifies with the CRA after step two in my process AND they have not provided validation to me, is this construed as a violation. Keep in mind that this is not after the initial contact made by the CA perse. It is one of those, I just pulled my credit report and saw this, but I have never been contaceted by your company....Get the green card then submit dispute to the CRA.
