Good read. Per the Bennett testimony: It almost embarasses me the way we educate ourselves to correctly and legally pursue our rights. Taking the Bennett testimony at face value (and I DON'T disbelieve it), I get the feeling we constantly cast our pearls before swine. But, I guess we're actually casting our pearls for the benefit of the courts against the potential of actually ending up there. Frustrating.
